1. Returns Eligibility

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and final sale items.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or because you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Unibendal will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
